Two days ago I saw that GameStop's website only allowed direct to house ordering, and I didn't want to pay $10 for release day delivery.
Earlier today, I called up the GameStop I have my Switch pre-ordered at. I wanted to see if I could transfer my existing joycon pre-order to a Pro Controller.
The guy told me that they weren't currently taking pre-orders for it. Not that they stopped or were sold out, just that they weren't taking them.
Just now I checked the website again and this time the option for in-store pickup existed, so I got one at the location! I'm not sure if this is a GameStop-wide change or what, but wanted to give a heads up.
