Maybe some of you can help me out. I really tried searching but didn't find a really clear answer.
So, what kind of port does the dock itself/the AC adapter have? I understand that the Switch itself has a USB type-C port but I'm talking about the AC adapter cable that you'll stick into the dock. The only thing I found is this image here and I'm not sure if that's a USB-C port: cdn0.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/7803833/nintendo_switch_dock_back_960.png
What I'm really trying to figure out is if I can take the dock ac adapter with me on my travels to charge the Switch or if I'll have to buy an extra USB-C wall charger.
And if I'd have to buy one, did I miss anything or is there currently no info available as to how much power the Switch can draw for charging. What I'm trying to figure out is if the Switch would make use of a 5V/3A wall charger faster or if it would be a waste of money and a 5V/2A charger would be enough and the Switch can't draw more power anyway.
Thanks a lot in advance!
