Well, on the bright side the Switch doesn’t have an excuse to cost more than $200, right?

Y'know, considering it is a weaker Shield TV and that costs only $200 and is over a year old. Controllers cost next to nothing to manufacture so don't factor those in.

Also the Ps4 is down to $250 so selling the Switch at that price would be absolute suicide.

But hell, this is Nintendo we are talking about. Who went for a $300 price tag on the Wii U (a price point that was financial suicide for the system) when they could have axed the tablet that few people cared about anyway and gone with a $200 price tag and maybe actually been successful.
